EHL Group's Corporate Communications department positions the EHL brand and shapes its reputation. The department conveys EHL's expertise in education, hospitality, and service excellence through a variety of communication channels and to diverse audiences. The internal Communications team’s job is to contribute to making the experiences of students, staff and faculty on all EHL campuses exemplary of EHL’s values and worthy of ambassadorship beyond the borders of our institution.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Ensuring that students receive accurate, timely, and engaging non-academic communications across Campus Passugg, while also providing support to other campuses to maintain alignment
Define, analyze, and continuously update priority axes and yearly plans for the improvement of student experiences on campus Passugg, within the scope of internal communications
Based on the priority axes; drive a range of student communications actions from concept to completion (campaigns, special attentions, engagement opportunities), including events across all 3 campuses
Translate Comms to German when needed

Ihr Profil:

You have a bachelor’s degree in communications, project management or a related field
You have 5 years of experience and 3 years in a similar position
You have experience in an academic institution or university
You are at ease with digital tools for communication and have an eye for functional graphic design
You are at ease with people and thrive in relationship management
You are organized and efficient, have excellent project management skills, and a proactive attitude
You are curious, flexible and at ease working in a dynamic, international environment
You have excellent verbal & written communication skills in English and German (C2)
