Sales Assistant 50 - 60% (m/w/d)

We are looking for a proactive team member to support our sales activities across events, fairs, and customer engagement. Help us strengthen our presence and guide prospective students on their journey to EHL Hotel School Passugg.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

Manages fair bookings, materials, and representation at events
Organizes on-site and online info sessions
Coordinates Open Days, counselor visits, school visits, and prospect tours
Supports CRM activities in HubSpot and handles customer follow ups
Keeps online sales and fair platforms up to date

Ihr Profil:

Strong organizational and coordination abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Confident and effective presentation skills
Proficient in HubSpot CRM is an advantage
Fluent in German and English
In-depth knowledge of EHL Hotel School Passugg, the EHL Group and its academic programs is an advantage
